A New Start

I’ve had various forms of Alexyn.com over the years. I originally started by programming it directly using HTML and Adobe Dreamweaver. Over the years, I changed as the internet has changed, moving from a more news forward site, to one that focused primarily on travel, to one that focused on… well everything. I am pulling it back, focusing just on photos and videos, and keeping things similar. My pricing has been simplified, they layout has been simplified, and I’m giving squarespace a shot. Part of me felt like a failed programmer or creative person to go with a template based website, but frankly the templates are amazing. It allows for plenty of creativity that focus’s on what I want to be focused on, Pictures and Videos. As the internet continues to evolve, and styles change, it’ll be easier to focus more elusively on photos and videos and less on HTML programming and design, and let the experts handle it. I love the new layout, the simplicity, and the style of this new site, and I hope you do too!
